Phoenix Gray Oyster Mushrooms

Phoenix Gray Oyster Mushrooms have a soft, velvety texture.  They have seafood undertones and are mild and slightly sweet. Great sautéed and in a number of other cooking applications. We recommend that all mushrooms be cooked before eating.
