Chestnut Mushrooms

Chestnut mushrooms, also known as Cinnamon Caps, have a heartier flavor and taste than normal white mushrooms. Clean, woodsy aroma. Retains snaplike texture (similar to asparagus) after cooking. Flavor is rich, nutty, and mildly sweet. We recommend all mushrooms be cooked before consumption.
